Industrial Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Industrial Securities" or "the Group") is a corporation duly organized under the laws of the People's Republic of China, and engages in security finance. The Group offers asset custody business, and overall financial services such as securities, funds, futures, direct investment, and cross-border business. The Group incorporates the concept of sustainable development into its long-term strategy, develops its green financial service system consisting of green investment, green financing, green research, and environmental rights trading, and aims to be an advocate and pioneer of green securities and finance.

In September 2021, UNDP and Industrial Securities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly promote the development of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) investor map to meet the sustainable investment needs of domestic and foreign investors. Our goal is to identify Investment Opportunity Areas (IOAs) under the sustainability development of China, contributing to the achievement of China national, local, and sector-specific SDGs, especially the goal of "carbon neutralization and carbon emission peak ".

We work with Industrial Securities to:

i)          Joint research and advocacy on SDG aligned financing instruments, and SDG enabling investment facilitation;

ii)         Joint develop and share knowledge on pilot projects to advance SDG themed security products, which will contribute to innovative SDG financing instruments;

iii)        Enhance cooperation to strengthen partnership with private sectors, government, and other relevant stakeholders in China and in other countries to promote international harmonization of SDG financing; and

iv)        Other areas with the goal to accelerate sustainable development in China and globally.
