With fund support from DFID, the publication aims to serve as a reference for government officials, community members, and aid agency staff members to help identify and obviate environmental risks during post-disaster reconstruction. Elaborating on basic post-disaster theories, the handbook highlights different tools and application protocols which may be used to solving problems. Real case scenarios are provided to help readers quickly identify proper methods, processes and starting points in handling various challenges.
